HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Results depend on many variables such as age, nutrition, commitment level, learning curve, prior exercise experience, etc. We take body fat and other various measurements every six weeks to show progress and modify the exercise program and/or nutrition as necessary.  Most people will see and feel results in 6-8 weeks with at least four days a week of exercise and proper nutrition.

DO YOU INCORPORATE NUTRITION?

Yes. Nutrition is a vital element for success. Please see the nutrition page for more information.

WILL YOU PROVIDE WORKOUTS FOR ME DURING OPEN GYM HOURS?

Yes, absolutely. There is a white board that will have ideas on what you could be working on during open gym hours

WHAT IF I TRAVEL A LOT? DO YOU PROVIDE WORKOUTS WHILE I'M AWAY?

Many clients travel and are always looking for exercises and routines to do while they're away. All training packages include custom fit circuits based off the program you're on, the equipment available wherever you're going, and the amount of time you have. As you progress, the routines and exercises will change thus allowing for continued progress while you travel. Please inquire about the travel package.

WHAT FORM(S) OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We prefer cash, visa,and mastercard.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY INTITIAL CONSULTATION?

For your initial consultation just wear comfortable clothes. We will talk more than walk so don't worry about getting sweaty. Unless you have you have set up a prior appoint for class, semi-private, private, or just want to work out during the open gym hours then please where proper workout gear.

CAN I COME EARLY OR STAY AFTER MY SESSION?

Yes. Once you're comfortable with the prescribed foam rolling, stretching protocol,  and la crosse self-massage myofascial/release pressure points  you can (and we encourage) you to do this on your own. This allows us to maximize our time together. If there is a session going on please be respectful of other(s)  client(s) time. Please See Stretching Page.

CAN I COME TO THE STUDIO ON MY OWN TIME?

Yes, during open gym hours, before or  after your session or class. We just ask you to be respectful of other client(s) time.

CAN I COME TO THE STUDIO IF I AM DISABLED?

Of course, we encourage everyone from all different disabilities, walks of life,  just give us a call or come in. Everyone is SPECIAL to us and everyone has special types of needs.

ARE YOU INSURED AND CERTIFIED?

Yes. The studio and all trainers have professional liability insurance and relevant certifications.
